STRONG BODIES 10-week PROGRAM

The Strong Bodies Program is for all ages of men and women. It is based upon extensive scientific research and is a series of exercises performed repeatedly over a period of at least 10 weeks. Each session includes easy to learn exercises with progressive weight training, flexibility, and balance activities. People with health concerns such as arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, obesity, and back pain often benefit the most from this program. All registration forms & program payments are due prior to the first session. Program is offered M/W/F or T/Th from 11-12 pm ($50 for 2 days or $75 for M/W/F). This is not a drop-in class and 10 week attendance is expected but not required to hold your spot. PCWC membership is not required. You also get 30 minutes prior to the session time to warm up on the exercise machines or indoor track included in your program registration. View the brochure.
