About Us
By law, charter school boards are held accountable by the authorizer, the state, and the public to ensure that the school is operating in accordance with its original purpose and doing so in a responsible manner. The Northland Pines Charter School Board is an entity of the Northland Pines School District and governs the three charter schools in Northland Pines School District, SOAR High School, SOAR Middle School and Northland Pines Montessori Learning Center. More specifically, the Northland Pines Charter School Board focuses on student achievement, acts strategically, recruits exceptional educators, utilizes resources wisely, and ensures the schools are maintaining their mission and reaching their goals.
