Chair Yoga
Days/Time: Saturdays from 8:30-9:30 a.m.

A chair-based Yoga class where the poses are modified to address limited flexibility and balance issues. Our focus is to improve flexibility, ease of movement, strength, balance, and reduce stress. Our class is open and supportive of all levels of ability.

CIRCUIT BREAKER
Days/Times: Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 a.m.

Circuit training is the "Musical Chairs" of the exercise world. Exercises are set up in a circuit in which one exercise is performed for 30-60 seconds with a 30 second rest period in between. Move from one exercise to the next until the circuit is complete. Perform multiple circuits throughout the class with a mixture of high intensity cardio, muscle-strengthening activities and plyometric exercises. While this fast paced class will get your heart beating and your body sweaty, you can adapt any exercise to your current level of fitness. Never be bored with this always-changing Circuit Breaker class!

HIIT/X-fit
Days/Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:45-6:45 a.m.

HIIT meets X-Fit. Are you tired of traditional weight training? Mix it up with high intensity cross training! Every class is different, with a mix of cardio, weight training and gymnastics movements to help you build strength, endurance and flexibility. We will work with barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells, as well as body-weight movements in a variety of workout formats. You will learn new skills and hone old ones in an atmosphere that is both encouraging and challenging. Co-Ed. Instructor is a CrossFit enthusiast/CrossFit level 1 trainer (CF-L1).

Kickin' cardio

Group fitness class that combines martial arts moves with cardio & resistance training. This full body workout will use every muscle group, improve flexibility, balance, build stamina and improve coordination. . Plus it is a fun way to alleviate stress and boost your mood! This class provides a gentle stretching workout to improve flexibility, balance and strength. Mats, yoga blocks, hand weights, exercise balls and any other equipment will be provided by the Pines Community Wellness Center.

Do you want to burn calories faster, increase your cardiovascular health, and increase leg strength? Then challenge yourself and increase your limits with this upbeat, goal crushing spin workout. All levels are welcome. With encouraging flexible instruction, you can work at your own pace or push for high intensity to reach your fitness goals.

Total Body Senior (TBS)
Days/Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7:45-8:45 or 9:15-10:15 a.m.

Co-Ed class is for any age that needs challenging strength training, endurance, stability and flexibility, coordination and no impact cardio. Many participants who have rehabilitated injuries, replaced joints, medical conditions and special circumstances are taken care of by the certified personal trainer instructing the class. This is a class for active, experienced adults. However, any age and ability level is welcome and modifications are made for all.

This class incorporates an easy warm up followed by full body stretching, muscle toning and conditioning. Class will focus on flexibility and balance with a relaxing, restorative, self care cool down. Don't wait to feel great! This class just might be better than a cocktail! All levels welcome.

This class will focus on stretching, strength, balance, flexibility and relaxation. This is a flowing (vinyasa) sequence that is invigorating and strengthening to the entire body. All levels welcome. Everybody can stretch and every *Body* is a yoga body.

STRONG BODIES 10-WEEK PROGRAM
Days/Times: Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Location: Exercise Room
The Strong Bodies Program is for all ages of men and women. It is based upon extensive scientific research and is a series of exercises performed repeatedly over a period of at least 10 weeks. Each session includes easy to learn exercises with progressive weight training, flexibility, and balance activities. People with health concerns such as arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, obesity, and back pain often benefit the most from this program. All registration forms & program payments are due prior to the first session. This is not a drop-in class and 10 week attendance is expected, but not required to hold your spot. PCWC membership is not required. You also get 30 minutes prior to the session time to warm up on the exercise machines or indoor track included in your program registration.
