Regularly scheduled meetings of the Northland Pines Board of Education are held once per month at 6:00 p.m. These meetings are held at the Northland Pines High School, 1800 Pleasure Island Road, Eagle River, Wisconsin. All meetings are open to the public; however, there are certain topics which the Board and Committees must meet in closed session.
The public is notified of the meetings through the local media. The public is invited to attend and can address the board at the meetings under the Public Participation section of the agenda. The Northland Pines Board of Education has sub-committees that typically meet monthly. The sub-committees are Personnel, Finance, and Policy, Curriculum, Education and Activities. Various items are discussed, reviewed, and/or decided on at the committee meeting. Motions are made and brought to the regular board meeting for discussion or decision.
