Students will learn the rules, skills and strategies of many team sports. These may include but are not
limited to: football, basketball, volleyball, soccer, softball, team badminton, team handball, floor hockey, frisbee, and lacrosse. Fitness testing will also be included in this class.

The purpose of this class will be to improve current fitness levels and develop the skills and knowledge required for a variety of team activities. Students will learn and demonstrate the necessary skills and then participate in games and tournaments. Competitive play along with sportsmanship will be stressed throughout the class.
