All Northland Pines schools participate in the School Breakfast Program and ALL STUDENTS are welcome to participate. Research overwhelmingly shows that school breakfast significantly enhances students’ learning. The addition of a School Breakfast Program ensures ALL students start the day with the nutritional and academic benefits of eating breakfast.
MILK with Lunch: Milk is included as part of the National School Meal Program. However, ALL students will be charged $0.50 for milk if they bring a cold breakfast and/or lunch from home. Milk is only included as part of the school meals program. Students, eligible for free/reduced meals, who bring a cold lunch from home, will also be charged $0.50 for milk.
Children need healthy meals to learn. Northland Pines School District offers healthy meals every school day. Breakfast costs $1.40 for PK-5 grades and $1.65 for 6-12 grades; lunch costs $3.20 for grades K-5 and $3.30 for grades 6-12. Your children may qualify for free meals or for reduced price meals. Reduced price is $0.30 for breakfast and $0.40 for lunch. Adult breakfast $2.25 and adult lunch is $4.25.
