This course teaches students basic skills, strategies, and rules for the following racquet sports: tennis, badminton, pickleball, handball, Table Tennis, Speedminton, and eclipse ball. Students will have the opportunity to participate in drills, match play, and compete in a variety of tournaments. Fitness testing will also be included in this class.

Racquet sports are lifetime activities that will improve current fitness levels while enjoying yourself socially. These activities will require and develop a combination of skill, stamina, agility, strength, power, and reaction time. The goal of this class will be to give you the knowledge and skill set so that you will want to continue these health enhancing activities throughout your life.
