Hello! Welcome to Mrs. Indermuehle's Web Site!
I am an advisor at SOAR Middle School. I love working in a project based environment! There is always a buzz in the air as students are sharing what they have learned on all sorts of topics. One of the reasons I love it so much is that I'm always learning too!!
I enjoy being out in the world when I have free time. Anything that gets me outside is enjoyable, but I especially enjoy canoeing, hiking, camping, running and cross-country skiing. I also like to read, quilt, puzzles of all kinds and counted cross-stitch. I love to garden and put up the produce that results from it.
I grew up in Northern Minnesota and graduated from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN with a bachelor's degree in Biology. I received my Master's degree in Educational Technology in 2007 from Marian College in Fond Du Lac, WI.
I have been teaching in the district since 2004. Before teaching at NPSD, I taught at Trees For Tomorrow, a natural resource education center here in Eagle River. Prior to that I worked in the education department at the Minnesota Zoo in Apple Valley, MN.
