Welcome to my website!  I graduated from Northland Pines High School in 1994.  I recieved my B.A. in Physical Education from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN in 1999.  After college I taught Physical Education for five years at Batavia High School and Batavia Middle School in Batavia, IL.  I also coached football and wrestling while there. Go Bulldogs!

I came back to Eagle River in 2005 to be the High School Physical Education Teacher.  I coached football for four years and will begin my eigth season as the Head Girls Track Coach this spring. I was married to my wife Emily in 1999 and we have three children: Kylie (19), Jack (11), and Luke (9).  Emily is also a native of Eagle River and is a Speech Pathologist for the Northland Pines School District. I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to teach and live in the community that I grew up in.  I couldn’t ask for better facilities and students than what we have here at Northland Pines.
